At the heart of the new and magnificent Lampila sauna world are three distinct saunas, where the gentle steam soothes the mind and restores the body. For true enthusiasts, an authentic smoke sauna is occasionally fired up, offering a memorable and deeply traditional sauna experience. Cooling off between rounds has been turned into an experience in its own right, whatever the season: in summer you can plunge straight from the dock into the refreshing lake, while in winter the bravest take the plunge into an ice hole.
Enjoy a wide range of sauna experiences included with your stay or with a spa day pass. Both women and men can choose from a variety of atmospherically themed saunas, each with its own soundscape — there's something for everyone. Nine different saunas are available in total. Alongside the themed saunas, you'll also find traditional steam and infrared saunas. A private sauna can also be reserved for exclusive use, suitable for both smaller and larger groups.
Sauna yoga
Sauna yoga sessions are held every Wednesday and Friday at 17:00 and 18:00. For hotel guests the price is €8. Day visitors pay €8 plus the spa entry fee. Reservations and enquiries in advance by calling 040 153 9933.
